Abstract
Technology has significantly transformed the way we live. Manual jobs will soon be replaced. Many students do not have enterprising skills, such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and digital literacy, that help them to survive. This talk discusses how design thinking helps teachers develop their students’ future skills. The target audience or participants of this talk will be educators from countries within the Asia-Pacific. This talk will sensitize educators to the idea of facilitating or helping their students to build skills and abilities that will sustain their continuous learning through the framework of Design Thinking. The participants will participate in a virtual 1-hour talk, and there will be a two-way interaction between the speaker and the participants. APSCE will give certificates to participants who attend the talk upon request.
